SAR Sector Supervisor; Search Unit Leader; 6 Dog handlers with 6 Rescue dogs; Rescue Unit Leader; 4 Rescue Group Leaders; 16 Rescue specialists; Technical Unit Leader; Hazardous Material Specialist; Structural Specialist; 2 Doctors; 4 Paramedics;

Level Three (Prolonged sustained operation: 5-7 day operation period), 56 persons:
SAR Sector Supervisior; 2 Search Unit Leaders; 8 Dog handlers with 8 Rescue dogs; 2 Rescue Unit Leaders; 4 Rescue Group leaders; 24 Rescue specialists; 2 Technical Unit Leaders; 2 Hazardous Material Specialists; Heavy Rigging Specialist; Structural Specialist; Technical Information Specialist; 2 Doctors (Medical Unit Leaders); 6 Paramedics
